The Stamford Senior Center - Keeping older adults active, healthy and connected !

Help older adults age well with purpose, independence and dignity. Your donation helps us provide health & fitness classes, arts, lifelong learning and enrichment programs, socialization, an affordable nutritious meal, information & assistance and so much more.
