Placer Community Foundation launched the COVID-19 Response Fund as part of a coordinated effort with Placer County Health and Human Services to respond to COVID-19 community impacts. The Fund helps address a range of community needs such as supports for the food distribution system, seniors, youth, mental health services, and more. PCF is communicating and coordinating closely with local government and social services organizations to understand where charitable dollars are needed.

Placer Community Foundation is accredited with the highest standard for philanthropic standards by the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations, which is administered by the Council on Foundations in Washington DC.
