Next Step Learning Center is a free education program serving low income residents of the Bay Area. With the help of over 50 volunteer tutors, students 17 years and older receive individual academic support to learn to read, build basic skills and earn a GED or diploma. Graduates enter our transition program, receiving college and career services.Next Step is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization funded by gifts and grants.
