Erie Legal Retainer Fund

Donate to the Erie Legal Retainer Fund to give ICE detainees from the Erie region hope and connection.

Your gift will help to ensure that detained immigrants in Northwestern PA receive quick access to legal representation, regardless of their status. The fund will offset costs associated with initial consultations, retaining representation, filing habeas corpus petitions, and other efforts to protect their rights. (This fund cannot pay for bonds.)
